All reservations subject to a $200 Cleaning Fee.

No reservation is final until you receive a confirmation from the hotel. Only hotel guests with confirmed reservations are permitted on the property.
We do not charge a cleaning fee. We do charge a cleaning deposit which is refundable.

Rates based on double occupancy, 2 bedroom based on quad occupancy. Extra guest are $10 per night Children under 18 are free.
All rates quoted include full kitchen, flat screen, beach toys, beach chairs, gas grill, wireless, tv, and linens. No daily maid service. Minimum stay may be required depending on season.
Pet Fee is $50 one time only and no size limit but needs needs prior approval.(a percentage of the pet fee goes to support animal rescue)
Holidays: weekly stay required. Daily rates are based on 3 night stay. Shorter stays, when available, may require a $50 cleaning fee.
All villas are non smoking. No exceptions.

A note about bedbugs: Everything we do at Sand Glo, we do for our guest. That includes a responsible bedbug inspection policy. We wanted to explain this to you.

Every calendar quarter, we have a bedbug sniffing dog come and go over our villas. This is a comprehensive inspection. Bedbugs are a modern day reality. We are one of the few hotels that take this step.
